https://doceagle.axonotics.com is a service operated by Axonotics Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company registered in India. Axonotics headquaters is in OCAC Building, Plot No. N-1/7-D, Acharya Vihar Square RRL Post Office, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751013, India.

2. Usage Rules

• You must not use our services for illegal activities.
• Unauthorized access to other users’ accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Use our service only with a valid license as detailed in the Pricing.
• If you are using our Demo Server at /login, then you are agreeing that we can have access to your data as detailed in the Privacy Policy
• If you are using our Demo Server at /login, then please avoid uploading more than 10 documents
• Doceagle will not be responsible for the content of the documents you are uploading to Doceagle. Please ensure your company has the suitable rights to the data contained in the documents that you upload to Doceagle
• Ensure your actions do not harm or disrupt our services.
• Sharing of email and password for accessing Doceagle by multiple individuals is prohibited. Doceagle can remove the accounts associated with the email id which is found to be shared by multiple individuals

3. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior permission.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account on the Doceagle Demo Server if you violate our terms and conditions. Any misuse or illegal activity will be reported to the authorities if necessary.

5. Limitation of Liability

DocEagle is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or due to the data uploaded to Doceagle. Your use of our platform is at your own risk.

Doceagle should not be used as a storage service. The Client understands that he/she/it is has the sole responsibility to ensure by all means available that all data contained in the Documents uploaded to Doceagle and any extracted data, are saved and recoverable outside Doceagle's platform. Doceagle excludes any liability in the event of a loss of Processed Documents, Content and Parsed Content.
